The greatest benefit outsourcing is the fact that you are able to get a lot more done in the same time each and every week, oftentimes at a reduced cost! When I first started outsourcing, I was trying to do many, many things at the same time. I was doing Internet marketing, content creation, building websites, search engine optimization, and all of those things that really would keep an entire TEAM busy.

Well, I didn’t have a team at the time. I was still trying to answer the question ‘Why Outsource.’ I was trying to grow my business. Nor did I have the extra money to pay for somebody full time with any education or experience to help me! What I needed to do was try to find a few people offshore so that I could take the time to actually grow my business.

So, for me, the biggest benefit outsourcing was the fact that I can get things off my plate easily. If I have a thought, I can just send an e-mail or update a task list and those sorts of tasks just get done. Rather than me having to plan out action steps and try to go find somebody to do it, whether I’m going to Elance or Renacote or whatever.

Probably the best benefit though – my new outsourced team, they get done what I need them to get done cheaply and reliably! More reliably than stateside employees! The outsource team that I have been able to put together, they’re actually more phenomenal than college graduates in the United States!

Let’s talk about some of the tasks that have are the greatest benefit outsourcing.

All of these things are really very easy to send overseas or to send to workers that are not physically part of your company. Oftentimes, they’ll run up your bill and get very little work done…

For me, the greatest benefit outsourcing has been that it lets me clear my head and allows me to grow my business. That’s why I recommend it so highly!

Why outsource? You’re asking yourself this question right now. And it’s a great question! One that I’ve got an answer to. But more on that in a minute. In order for you to understand my way of thinking, you have to get an idea of my journey a bit…

Around 12 months ago, I had a massive, sudden epiphany. I remember, I was driving home from a big meeting with a corporate client pulling down 7 figures a year in revenue and it just hit me. Seriously, this epiphany altered my life forever.

You see, all of a sudden I realized that I wanted to enjoy life more. I wanted to spend more time with my wife and my kids. And the underlying current was that I didn’t want to sacrifice any of my current income for it.

The sudden, jaw dropping realization I had was that I was the bottleneck in my company. The company I created! I was the one who was preventing all the growth I wanted for me and my team.

What happened was that I got caught up in the day to day operations of my business. I was so busy scurrying around doing marketing, building websites, answering emails and customer support issue, checking on partner relationships and reading up on product launches that I wasn’t bringing in any revenue!

It’s not that I couldn’t make money, I just simply didn’t have the time! I was so incredibly focused on being a jack of all trades that I didn’t do anything at all very well!

After the realization, I made a few calls. I started working with a new friend on outsourcing my business… Let me tell you, the results were… How should I say it… Incredible!

After working with John, within one month, I had gotten more done that I had in the previous year. One of my outsourced team members built the sites for us. I hired another girl to supply the content. I brought on a link builder part time, who also found the affiliate partners… It was truly magical!

So why outsource? Why not just hire within?

Alright, I’m done ranting. I hope I’ve done this topic justice. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful it feels to be stress-free and have a clear mind WHILE you business is thriving!

I gotta tell you. Being broke doesn’t have anything to do with money. Being broke, in my eyes, is the feeling that your overwhelmed with ideas and thoughts and you can’t do anything about them because your just so busy.
